Skill development as an instrument of transformation of rural youth - in the Alayam Welfare Trust is across Tamil Nadu, Around 5000 participants have been trained in various Skill development initatives and have been successfully placed in lucrative jobs in different sectors such as Healthcare, Garments, Construction, Driving, Hotel & Tourism, Hospitality and this is still growing.
