Mr R. Chandrasekar realised that skill development among women through the platform of the Trust could provide a planned structure to empower women by making them self-employed and start their businesses. It is ensured that such women who want to be an employer are encouraged to create jobs, aren't left behind. By making a woman knowledgeable about certain skills, we make her realize that she is equal to men and that she too is capable of doing things that men do, leading to gender equality.
